Cancellation & Booking Policy
To ensure a professional and smooth experience for all clients, we ask that you review and adhere to the following policies when booking services at Village Quik Lab Solutions.
1. Booking Requirements
- On-site services require an appointment done online or a SAME DAY CALL IN APPOINTMENT
- Mobile Services / After Hour Services CALL US RIGHT AWAY
2. Payment Terms (SELF PAY CLIENTS)
- IF BOOKING WITH US FROM A COMPANY PAYMENT TERMS DO NOT APPLY
- Full payment is required before services rendered (individual clients not company)
- We accept all major credit and debit cards.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling (SELF PAY CLIENTS)
- More than 24 hours notice: Full refund
- Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 12 hours: No refund
- Rescheduling within 24 hours: $25 rescheduling fee
4. Late Arrivals
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee.
- If we are unable to accommodate your late arrival, the appointment must be rebooked. Your original payment will be refunded minus the late fee.
5. On-Site Service Policy
- Travel beyond 10 miles from our Forest Park location will incur additional mileage fees.
- Please ensure your location is ready for setup at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment.
6. After-Hours & Emergency Services
- Appointments scheduled outside of Office Hours will incur an after-hours fee.
- Emergency services may be provided upon request and are subject to additional fees.
7. No-Show Policy
- Failure to show without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service cost.
- Prepayment will be required for any future appointments.
8. Identification Requirements
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all services.
